Designing clinical documentation workflows for an Australian healthcare technology company developing AI Scribe, Smart Dictation, and AI Front Desk.

• Built and deployed a six-agent AI automation system using Claude, custom skills, and plugins. Reduced physician-specific template build time from up to 60 minutes to under 15 minutes, including human review, across 50+ templates.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on product strategy, feature planning, operational improvements, and translating user requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinated template generation, verification, physician edit analysis, feedback application, task orchestration, and prompt drift auditing, supported by a live operational dashboard.
• Implemented controls for template modification, read-only CRM access, and mandatory human approval. Enabled the AI support team to review template performance through an edit-analysis agent and documentation.
• Developed a product feature concept, strategy, and prototype for evaluation; production implementation is pending.

• Lead clinical product strategy across three production AI-supported applications for ophthalmology triage, medical certificate generation, and patient history intake.
• Supported Eye Triage implementation across approximately 2–3 healthcare units and 40–50 users. Trained 5 physicians and 30 nurses in AI-assisted workflows and safe system use.
• Translate clinical workflows into product specifications and structured clinical logic in collaboration with a software engineer.
• Design prompts, grounding content, and human-in-the-loop validation. Support testing, deployment, onboarding, feedback collection, and post-launch improvements.
• Supported an intravitreal injection planning application by translating physician-defined protocols into clinical requirements.
